Account Registration and Management
3.1 New Account Registration
Each user is permitted to register only one (1) account at mt33. Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Detected duplicate accounts will be terminated without warning and any balance may be confiscated.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address and an active phone number.
3.2 Password and Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. mt33 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. If you suspect a breach or unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
mt33 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account password.
3.3 Identity Verification
For compliance purposes, mt33 reserves the right to request full identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. This process may require you to submit a copy of your MyKad, bank statement or other relevant supporting documents.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Payment Methods
mt33 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All these methods are available for deposits and withdrawals subject to the conditions set out.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10. The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction. mt33 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals on our end, however payment providers may apply their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is submitted and verified. This timeframe may vary depending on the payment provider and internal verification process.
Withdrawal Condition: All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. Additional wagering requirements may apply to any bonuses received.
4.4 Payment Verification
The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as your mt33 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. mt33 reserves the right to decline or hold any transaction that raises concerns about identity or the source of funds.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The mt33 welcome bonus gives 200% of the first deposit amount, up to RM888. The applicable wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus value received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
Exact calculation examples:
- Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering required: RM200 × 20 = RM4,000
- Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM1,888 → Wagering required: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760
5.2 General Promotion Conditions
All bonuses and promotions at mt33 are subject to the following conditions:
- Bonuses are only eligible to be credited to accounts that have completed identity verification.
- A player is only eligible for one welcome bonus for the lifetime of their membership.
- mt33 reserves the right to withdraw any credited bonus if there is evidence of abuse or misuse of the promotion.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period, otherwise the bonus and any related winnings will be automatically forfeited.
5.3 VIP Programme
The mt33 VIP Programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — from up to 0.3% (Bronze) to up to 1.2% (Platinum). Progression to a higher tier is based on your gaming activity over time.
Game Rules and Integrity
All games at mt33 are operated using certified random number generators ("RNG") and fair gaming systems. The outcome of every game is random and free from any manipulation by mt33 or players.
Players are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.

mt33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause, including:
